This page provides information about our training
accreditation services aimed at training departments and their
training outputs.
Our work with organisations like the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC),
Lloyds of London and the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has helped
us to develop a set of Best Practice criteria for the assessment of
training departments and their outputs.
Using criterion which can evaluate the content of the training, the
trainer’s calibre, the delivery of the training, the degree of knowledge
transfer and a delegate’s satisfaction with the experience, we are able
to provide an overall assessment of training relating to most industries
and sectors.
