ISO 9001:2000 (ISO 9000) is the internationally recognised standard for
an organisation’s internal Quality Management. An
organisation’s "Quality Management" refers to its actions to
ensure that its products or services satisfy its customers’
quality requirements and complies with any regulations
applicable to those products or services.

ISO 14001:2004 was first published as a standard in 1996 and it
specifies the requirements for an organization's environmental
management system. It applies to those environmental aspects over
which an organization has control and where it can be expected to
have an influence.
The ISO 14001 standard is compatible with ISO 9001 and we have
cost effective 'bundled' rates for those clients that have a
need for a combination of standards.
